A Blogger dashboard is a convenient place to manage your posts, check stats, moderate comments, and play around with themes. Clicking View Blog will display your blog in its raw, unedited state. Clicking New Post will switch you to the Create mode, which will allow you to write your first post. Once you have written your first post, you can continue editing your blog in the same way. But before you start making money from your blog, it is important to be patient and keep on improving your content.

In Blogger, you can choose from a variety of templates or create your own with CSS. New Dynamic View templates were introduced on 27 September 2011 and 31 August 2011. They’re built with HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX technology and let you present your blog in seven different ways. Each of these views can be customized, so readers can view it however they want. You can also add widgets to your site, such as a search bar or a calendar.

When setting up a new blog, you can choose from many template options. Some templates can be customized, and there’s an option to create custom templates. On 31 August 2011, Blogger introduced the Dynamic View template. It’s built with AJAX, HTML5, and CSS3, and lets you present your blog in seven different ways. Alternatively, you can choose a default view for your readers. You can add links and images, and even upload videos.
